Based on the same technology as the high-performance OVA-100, the XCS lets you integrate optical variable attenuators for precise and repeatable power control. With SM or PM fiber, you can choose between the standard 60 dB or the long 100 dB attenuation ranges. MM and custom core sizes are also available as are power monitoring options. |
Choose between ultra-low loss (< 0.5 dB) optomechanical or fast (< 10 ms) MEMS optical switches. Available in SM, PM or MM with 1 or 2 commons and up to 400 channels. Custom core sizes, wavelengths and configurations available upon request. |
Utilizing the capabilities of the OPM-200, Santec’s latest generation power meter, the XCS can offer different free-space detectors (2mm InGaAs or integrating sphere) able to cover a power range from 30 to -80 dBm and wavelength from 840 to 1700 nm. With dedicated analog outputs and bandwidth up to 10 kHz, the XCS power meters are ideal for optical alignment. |
