AIM-200
AIM: Automated Inspection & Metrology is a platform designed to inspect fiber optic connectors directly in the polishing fixture. By combining automated, hands-free, visual inspection, and interferometric measurement in a single platform, AIM eliminates the need to remove and individually load connectors for measurement.
The system supports polishing fixtures from multiple manufacturers, providing flexibility across a variety of production environments. The AIM-200 performs inspection and interferometry on single-fiber connectors, while the AIM-210 expands this capability to support both single-fiber and multifiber connectors.
The AIM controlling software integrates measurement results into a centralized database, providing serialized connector reports and complete measurement traceability for production and quality control.
