Santec California Corporation releases ELSFP simulator targeting CPO and PIC testing applications

Camarillo, California – December 22, 2025 – Santec California Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of the Stabilized Light Source – ELSFP Simulator (SLS-230). The SLS-230 is a continuous wave (CW), stabilized light source designed to simulate lasers from ELSFP modules. This makes it a strong choice for testing Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs), where accuracy and reliability are essential.

The standard model has a minimum output power of +23dBm at 1311nm and PER >15dB with up to 16 sources in a 2U half rack enclosure. Auto-power mode is adjustable down to +20dBm. Other wavelengths, power requirements and custom specifications are available upon request.
